Practical training in food technology

The practical “Food Technology” lesson is an extension of the areas of dairy and meat processing. Further processing technologies that are used in direct marketing are still being taught. All processes from processing to finished marketing are practiced.

Teaching material

Practical training in food technology covers the following subject areas:

One focus of the practical lessons is food presentation.

The training in “Food Technology” takes place primarily in the premises of our processing center. Sales experience is gained at various events.
