Practical training in metalworking

    In the practical “metalworking” class, students learn the most important skills to be able to repair agricultural machines themselves.

     Metal processing

    Teaching material:

    The practical training covers the following subject areas in metalworking:

    • Materials science - materials testing - spark test - heat treatment (hardening, tempering)
    • Scribing - sliding gauge - scriber - fitter's square
    • Exciting shaping - sawing - filing - grinding - drilling - thread production - metal circular saw - angle grinder
    • Non-cutting forming - straightening, bending - cutting with scissors - forging

    We also produce the following metal connections :

    • Electrode welding
    • Inert gas welding (seam preparation, tacking and straightening, welding positions w,h,f)
    • Solder
    • Riveted connections
    • screw connections

    spatiality:

    We have a new and well-equipped training workshop at the school for our metalworking training. It is equipped with all the necessary machines and tools needed to work metal.
