On the “Open Day” or the “Long Night of the Museums” a catering buffet is provided as part of the lesson. Even when students go on field trips, this group puts together a gift basket with in-house products.
Producing and presenting
In the optional subject “Production and Presentation”, the topics of food processing are discussed in more detail with the students. Whenever high-profile events take place at the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein, this group of teachers and students is required to demonstrate their skills and knowledge.
