    Access to universities, colleges, academies and technical colleges

    This certificate entitles you to attend a university or an academy in accordance with the Federal Law on Agriculture and Forestry, Federal Law Gazette No. 175/1996 in the current version, and to attend a university or academy in accordance with the Federal Law on University of Applied Sciences Courses, Federal Law Gazette No. 340/1993 in the current version University of Applied Sciences degree course.

    Authorizations based on the Engineering Act 1990

    Authorizations based on the Vocational Training Act

    This certificate is associated with authorizations that are regulated in the Vocational Training Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 142/1969 in the current version, as well as in the regulations issued in connection with the Vocational Training Act.
    This certificate is associated with authorizations that are regulated in the trade regulations, Federal Law Gazette No. 194/1994 in the current version, as well as in the regulations issued in connection with the trade regulations.
    According to par. 8 paragraph 2 point. 3 of the entrepreneur examination regulations BGBl. 453/1993 as amended, the entrepreneur examination is no longer applicable.

    Authorizations based on the Agricultural and Forestry Vocational Training Act 1990

    This certificate replaces the apprenticeship and the skilled worker examination in the relevant training areas. According to Federal Law Gazette No. 298/1990, admission to the master craftsman examination takes place without attending a preparatory course after working as a skilled worker for at least two years after successfully attending a higher agricultural and forestry college and reaching the age of 21.
