German organic consultants – further training at the Organic Institute

At the beginning of October, around 20 Naturland consultants from Germany were guests at the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein Organic Institute. With over 140,000 members, the Naturland Association is the largest international association for organic farming in Germany. We are very pleased,

that the Naturland Association held this year's training conference at the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein Organic Institute in Stainach-Pürgg with grassland consultants from southern Germany. This is also a visible sign of the international recognition and appreciation of the work at the Bio-Institut. During the two-day training event, current research work by the Bio-Institut as well as questions about organic control were discussed. The results and experiences on organic pasture farming of ruminants, low-input cattle farming and organic cattle breeding met with particular interest.
