Together with Mr. Steiner and Mr. Pelant we attended two lectures in two groups each. On the one hand, the lecture on "Water laboratory and water parameters", given by Ms. Martina Schink and Ms. Lisa Egger. There we learned how to measure the ingredients of water and how to measure the condition of water over longer periods of time. We were then able to check the conductivity of various bodies of water.
The second day was about influencing factors and characteristics of meat quality, given by Mr. Roland Kitzer. We learned how meat is differentiated and how to define and measure the color of meat. But also how much water the meat loses with different preparation options.
