For the focus on alpine farming, herding and alpine farming, the existing training was expanded to include the topics of herd protection, herd and pasture management, animal health, working with dogs and dealing with farm animals as stress-free as possible.

The expanded content was developed and prepared by the speakers. They are based on the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein's many years of experience and practice-oriented projects in the areas of alpine farming and cultural landscapes as well as the expertise and projects of the Austrian Center for Bears, Wolf and Lynx.
