Innovation Farm and Digitalization

Fasching Christian, DI

DI Christian Fasching

The Innovation Farm project focuses on new technologies, trends, and developments, making them visible, tangible, and, above all, applicable to agriculture. At our Raumberg-Gumpenstein site, we are working on various innovations related to Innenwirtschaft and grassland management.

Knowledge transfer as a core task of the Innovation Farm

One of the Innovation Farm's key tasks is education. Scientific findings, optimized production processes, and practical tips are shared through seminars, training courses, and hands-on events.

Farmers, students, and trainees in agricultural education programs benefit from the knowledge gained at the Innovation Farm and can apply the knowledge acquired there in practice. Participating educational institutions include rural training institutes, the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, the Austrian Board of Trustees for Agricultural Engineering and Rural Development, the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU), the Mold Education Workshop, the HBLFA Francisco Josephinum, the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein, and various agricultural colleges.
