    Biology on site

The HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein has a biotope measuring several hectares, which emerged from fish ponds and is fed by the Grimmingbach.

In 2009 and 2013-2105, this area was completely renovated because it was in danger of becoming silted up. In 2018, further steps were taken to maintain it, creating a walk-in and experienceable gem in which you can devote yourself to plants and animals, teach and take a walk.

The opportunity to teach and experience biology “on site” is not only aimed at the classes in our own school, but also, upon prior arrangement, at other teaching institutions in the region.
