    Traditionally, agricultural businesses are often passed on to a daughter or son within the family. In addition, the number of employees on many farms has been reduced for decades. After studying at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Paul Ertl worked with his sister Karin and their respective partners and parents on the handover of the farm and the establishment of a civil law partnership at the Ertl&Jester organic farm in Spital an der Drau . In addition to the necessary legal steps, new business pillars were established and coexistence on the farm was also discussed and defined.
