    Seed mixtures for intensive grassland management taking into account changing climatic conditions (SEEDMIX)

    Goals of the project: 

    • Comparison of festulolium or tall fescue with meadow fescue
    • Conception of quality mixtures with outstanding forage plant varieties
    • Comparison of these mixtures with existing commercial goods.
    • Effects of permanent reseeding with different intensive cutting regimes (4 or 5 cuts annually) on yield, forage quality, legume proportion, grain density, etc.
    • Permanent reseeding with red clover in intensively used permanent grassland
