Payment options in eduPAY
Outstanding payments can be easily settled in eduPAY using EPS online banking, credit cards (Maestro, Mastercard, Visa), or bank transfer. This system completely replaces the previous class cash box.
This is intended to facilitate payment transactions for projects, work contributions, copying credits, insurance, hiking days, sports weeks, language trips, excursions, etc.
Instructions for eduPAY
To get an overview of outstanding and settled payments,
- Simply visit the website bildung.at and
- Sign in by clicking the Microsoft
- with the Office 365 school email address (
This email address is protected from spambots! You must enable JavaScript to view it. ) of your child. This will be activated during the first week of school.
Each individual payment in eduPAY is assigned using a personal payment reference , therefore
- The personal payment reference must not be shared , and
- The payment reference must always be entered CORRECTLY for every transfer !
After your child's initial login using their Office 365 credentials, we recommend setting a separate parent password . Please see the attached instructions for details.
Naturally, you will be informed of expected payments in a timely manner. The payment request, including a due date, will then be visible on edu.PAY and can be paid directly within the system. The project name and amount will give you a precise overview of the costs.
