Research on questions of process-related gaseous emissions from the agricultural production cycle and their reduction options, the energetic or material use of organic residues (composting, biogas), technology in animal husbandry (feed removal and presentation), farm technology (feed storage and preservation), on the technology of the manure chain (discharge, storage and application) and sustainable, efficient and cost-effective grassland use methods.
Research objectives
- Expert activity in the field of emissions research
- Scientific processing of questions about the production of manure in the stable
- Development and evaluation of process engineering measures to reduce emissions
- Handling all questions regarding internal mechanization
