The well-known climate researcher Assoc. Prof. Dr. Herbert Formayer from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences will introduce an insight into the agro-meteorological developments.
In the two main lecture blocks, the extensive results of twenty-year surveys (2002 to 2021) from the research project “DW-NET” on 19 Austrian permanent grassland locations from Hohenems to Güssing will be presented with regard to yields, feed qualities, soil changes, development of biodiversity, as well as environmental impacts and economic aspects seven speakers from the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein were presented and discussed.
