The Hohenlehen technical school focuses on “organic agriculture” and “sustainable forestry”. It was therefore important for future farmers to get to know our research area so that they can turn to the relevant experts if they have any questions in their later professional lives.
Mr. Direktor Dr. Johann Gasteiner welcomed the teachers and students of the graduating class and introduced the areas of activity of research and school. Michael Kropsch referred to the topic of “problem area of agricultural construction”, Dr. Andreas Schaumberger gave an overview of the topic of “plant cultivation”. Roland Kitzer gave the students essential key data on the topic of “experimental economics”.
After an exciting tour of the research areas, the students went directly to Schladming for the planned ski course.
