Award for apprentice Florian Kern

Florian Kern was assigned to the “Institute for Organic Agriculture & Livestock Biodiversity” during his training as an agricultural skilled worker at the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein.

During his three-year apprenticeship, Florian proved to be a very cautious, cheerful and reliable young man. Above all, Florian is characterized by his conscientious handling of the animals as well as his curiosity and desire for knowledge in the agricultural sector. In addition to his practical skills, he was also able to complete the vocational school at the Edelhof in Zwettl (Lower Austria) and the final apprenticeship examination in June with “excellent success”.

As part of this year's nationwide apprentice awards, on November 6th, 2021 in the Stieglkeller in Salzburg, Florian Kern was awarded the “Skilled Agriculture Worker with Distinction 2021” award by Federal Minister Elisabeth Köstinger, ÖLAKT Chairman Andreas Freistetter and President of the LKÖ Josef Moosbrugger.

We would like to once again congratulate Florian on this special achievement and wish him good luck and success in his future career.
