This year's organic conference of the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein took place on November 14th, 2024 at the HLBLA St. Florian. Under the motto “Organic agriculture and sustainable nutrition – hand in hand” the focus was on food crops from arable land. The focus of the conference was not exclusively on the production of food crops in organic fields, but was also devoted to the possibilities for processing such as in the form of tempeh. The participants were able to see the product for themselves during a small tasting. In the afternoon, the results from their own experiments were presented at the Bio-Institut location in Lambach/Stadl-Paura.
