Four different seed mixtures with and without herbal content were sown on the area. After the mixtures have been established, it is examined which of these mixtures is particularly popular with game. Finally, the area was covered with chopped straw to support the seedlings in establishing themselves and to keep soil erosion to a minimum until there was sufficient vegetation cover. In addition to the ecological value of the area, the event also focused on collaboration between research and teaching. As the photos show, a very successful collaboration.
