Approaches to solutions for grass silage, fermented hay and corn silage were discussed intensively as part of a workshop on ensiling and silage evaluation . In the workshop, silages of different qualities brought with them were evaluated by the participants in the practical unit using sensory testing using the ÖAG evaluation procedure (2020). The sensory impressions of the preservation quality were very diverse - from very good to spoiled - ideal for such an event.
