During the course of the lessons, the students should plan and develop interdisciplinary projects independently and in self-organized teamwork, present them and put them into practice. Although both planning and implementation projects can be designed, the aim is for implementation projects.
A group of learners takes on a topic, agrees on subtopics and tasks, agrees on goals, develops a field of work together, carries out this work primarily in small groups and completes, reflects, documents and presents a project that makes sense for themselves and their social environment their work results.
In addition to the technical and organizational skills, the creative and social skills of the students are also assessed. In addition, adherence to deadlines, quality of work, technical accuracy, timeliness and presentation of the work carried out are important. The form, completeness, structure, scope and creativity of the documentation are also evaluated. – A real foretaste of the real world of work.
