Tomb Agricultural School visits the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein

On Wednesday, March 20th, a class from the Tomb High School visited HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein with 40 students. The event began with a welcome from Director J. Gasteiner, who greeted the students personally. Following this, the students had the opportunity to explore our various research departments . After lunch, the focus of the program shifted to teaching and school activities.

During their visit, the students from Tomb highlighted three departments/areas that left a particularly positive impression on them:

    • Workshops at the School: The interactive workshops at the school were especially praised. They provide practical experience and facilitate a clear understanding of the topics covered.
    • Connection between Research and Teaching: The close link between research and teaching was noted as particularly positive. It allows students to directly experience and apply current insights in their lessons.
    • Standards in the Student Residence : The comfortable student residence at HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein was especially highlighted for its high standards.

Additionally, the students from the Tomb Agricultural School emphasizes the joy of meeting other students with similar interests and ideas for the future. Many of them consider this the best part of their visit.
We are delighted with the positive feedback and would be very happy to welcome the students from the Tomb Agricultural School back to Raumberg-Gumpenstein soon.
