Mourning memorial to teacher Ing. Arnulf Scheikl

Mourning memorial to teacher Ing. Arnulf Scheikl

The HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein mourns the loss of Professor Ing. Arnulf Scheikl, who died at the age of 95. Ing. Scheikl worked as a teacher in Raumberg from 1958 to 1991.

His subjects were agricultural practice, educational forestry care, hunting and fishing, commercial studies, physical exercises and educator service.

As a teacher, Ing. Scheikl influenced entire generations of Raumberg students and, of course, countless hunting course graduates. He was well-known and well-liked among his fellow teachers and also among his students for his affable manner. His loyalty and his connection to our Raumberg-Gumpenstein house remained even after his retirement and so he was an often and very welcome guest at our conferences, especially at the hunters' conference.

With Ing. Scheikl we are losing a veteran of the Raumberg school, our thoughts are with his family and those left behind.

    With silent greetings!

    For the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein,

    HR Dr. Johann Gasteiner, Direktor
