Our school doctor Dr. Marion Jansenberger and DI Ingrid Prieger- Edlinger together the extensive program with experts. After a half-hour keynote speech about "Digital Detoxing", we went to the respective workshops, which ranged from nutrition to exercise to relaxation, from first aid to medicine from the garden to climbing.

After it was hardly possible for schools to be active in the area of health prevention in the last two years, the HBLFA Raumberg took place on April 25th. The focus is on the health of the students.

As part of the "Healthy School" project, which has been running at the school since this year in collaboration with the SVS and BVAEB, a "Health Day" took place as the kick-off event, which was led by the head of the health team, DI Ingrid Prieger- Edlinger , and the school doctor, Dr . Marion Jansenberger was organized.

It started with a lecture by Ms. Maria Angerer-Bunghard on the topic of “Digital Detoxing,” followed by various workshops to choose from:

    • Running and climbing for beginners and advanced users, yoga , Zumba and proper fitness training made up the sporting program,
    • A sound journey , stress management , proper nutrition , herbs for the medicine cabinet , first aid updates and a workshop with the police on the topic of youth and the law rounded off the program.

The last two years have also been very stressful for the young people. That's why it's all the more important to give a variety of suggestions so that every young person can do something for their health according to their preferences. The “Healthy School” project aims to strengthen this awareness and integrate it into everyday school life, because without health and well-being, successful learning and working is not possible.

The Direktion would like to thank the organizers and everyone who contributed to the success of this interesting and diverse event.
