The optional subject “ Hydrology and Fishing ” offers participants the opportunity to learn to fish “by doing”.
Assembly construction, choice of bait, throwing techniques, landing the fish and how to handle them carefully are taught.
October 3rd, 2023 was “ PIKE DAY ” and it turned out to be incredible. 6 pike and a sizeable perch were caught, landed gently, admired and released unharmed.
spin fishing technique and fishing with a wimmer assembly were used - both were extremely successful.
Fishing in nature, outsmarting the target fish, careful handling of the caught animals and releasing them are combined into a motivating leisure activity . When you look into the eyes of the successful fishermen , you can easily see their enthusiasm .
