The 70th winter conference awaited us there, which was a very special one. Under the motto “Produce yourself, instead of importing crises” we heard a lot of interesting things about the market economy, but also about future concepts of sustainability and resource management. We were also able to listen live to our Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Norbert Totschnig, as he spoke about the climate crisis, the corona pandemic, the war in Ukraine, their effects and future plans for Austrian agriculture. After a pleasant lunch break, further lectures were given and an exciting discussion took place. Unfortunately, at half past three we had to make our way home from Vienna to the metropolis of Raumberg. All in all, a well-organized, exciting and informative day.
