There we were given a tour of the entire fish farm in perfect weather. Interesting facts about breeding, feeding and keeping different species of fish made the sunny afternoon very educational. At the end we were able to watch how to properly fillet a fish. This allowed us to perfect our theoretical knowledge with practical insights.
