Reintroduction of Tauern rye in the Ennstal

 The following objectives should be achieved:

• Adaptation of modern cultivation methods to the needs of the old rye variety
• Producing enough raw material for milling using traditional milling technology
• Baking tests by experienced farmers
• Evaluation of the usefulness of a regional implementation of this idea
