Growing up in Eastern Styria, Dipl.(HLFL)Ing. After graduating from high school, Gschweitl found his second home in Raumberg. In addition to the challenging and important position as head of administration, head of the treasury and educator of the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein, he has held many public functions during this time, including that of the cultural council.
At his place of work, Dipl.(HLFL)Ing Gschweitl was the first address for many people and the constant in the house for decades. He supported all strategically important processes with his experience. Securing the necessary financial resources for the groundbreaking implementation steps and the necessary infrastructure was always a major concern for him. Thanks to the many good contacts and his professional expertise, this was achieved in an impressive way. In recognition of his achievements and merits, he was appointed director and government councilor years ago.
For him, the fountain of youth was always working with young people. He helped shape around 4,000 graduates through the challenging development process - from puberty to established personalities. There is still friendly contact with many former students.
