The students got an insight into the topic of legumes and the experimental system as a preparation for the further work that will be carried out in this area at the HBLA Elmberg . Material from the harvest of the respective experiments at the Bio-Institute site in Lambach/Stadl-Paura is used. A detailed sensory profile of two different types of lenses will be created this school year.
Starting with the following school year from autumn 2023, further cultures will be worked on, including in the area of product development. The resulting valuable information is available to both parties involved. HBLA Elmberg was able to welcome Agriculture Minister Norbert Totschnig as a special guest of honor on this day. Among other things, he found out about the content of the cooperation and attended one of the two classes where the topic of legumes was lectured on.
