Successful participation in the international animal science congress: HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein presents groundbreaking research results

The European Association for Animal Sciences (EVT) , founded as the 'European Association for Animal Production' EAAP , is an international scientific society on livestock production issues. The organization brings together science, animal breeding and members of the agricultural administration for the purpose of exchanging scientific knowledge and as an information forum for politics and administration.

From September 1st to 5th, 2024, a comprehensive program from all relevant areas was offered in 98 sessions with more than 1,800 abstracts and 2,000 scientists.

For the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein, Irene Mösenbacher-Molterer (Institute for Animal, Technology and Environment) was able to recommend herself for participation after submitting 2 abstracts and in a lecture (Session 4. Tube ventilation systems for optimizing stable climate in calf barns). pass on their research results and discuss them internationally in a poster presentation (Session 38. Reducing dust in straw-based systems for pigs).

The 76th EAAP Annual Meeting will be held in Austria (Innsbruck) in 2025 from August 25th to 29th
