    The Acquisition Office is a comprehensive service center for the coordination of national and international projects. In addition, it provides the basis for the strategic orientation in the area of ​​research and development in rural areas. From the development of the project idea, project initiation, partner search to implementation in the form of project management, all areas of responsibility are bundled in this organizational unit.
     

    Tasks and goals of research acquisition:

    The Acquisition Office is a comprehensive service center for the coordination of national and international projects. In addition, it provides the basis for the strategic orientation in the area of ​​research and development in rural areas.
    From the development of the project idea, project initiation, partner search to implementation in the form of project management, all areas of responsibility are bundled in this organizational unit. Around 100 pioneering research projects and scientific papers are carried out at the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein every year. Reporting and contacts with the relevant service centers are just as important as the rapid dissemination of the project results at national and international levels.
    The formation of interdisciplinary networks and membership in national and international platforms offer interesting opportunities to exchange knowledge and develop new project partnerships. International public relations and the exchange of best practices are also important agendas for the staff unit. The networking of research and teaching is very important and is implemented through numerous projects at national and international levels.

    Goals of the staff unit:

    • Ensuring consistent and expedient project management
    • Planning and development of decision-making bases for the head of research and innovation for the strategic research orientation of the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein
    • Efficient implementation of project management in the departments through advice, control and participation in information processes
    • Supporting the management of the HBLFA in organizational matters (partner networks, collaborations, national and international expert platforms)
    • Support in networking research and teaching
    • Providing information about programs, research networks, legal frameworks and strategies for project development
    • Cooperation agreements
    • Development and implementation of research and educational networks
    • Building a research database
