The young students and researchers benefit from this team of experts and their experiences within the project (status quo, strengths, challenges and implementation in the partner countries Austria, Croatia and Kosovo, structural and economic background, nature conservation and biodiversity, agriculture and tourism) and the eye for the implementation of the instruments in the home country with maximum support and focus of the available resources. They should focus on their opportunities for future development and careers. The network focuses on local agricultural production for the valorization and knowledge of the Southeast European region.

Goals of the project:

• International research cooperation and network between Austria, Kosovo and Croatia
• Knowledge transfer about sustainable organic agriculture for future agricultural experts in Kosovo
• Networking of research, education and practice in cooperation with experts and decision-makers (ministries, universities, chambers of agriculture, NGOs, companies, other institutions)
• Motivation for young agricultural engineers for innovative, sustainable land management
• Upgrading and improving knowledge about local agricultural production in Southeast Europe
