• Development, implementation and execution of controlling at the HBLFA
• Collaboration with Direktion and administration on investment, planning and evaluation agendas
• Preparation, development and discussion of decision-making and investment principles for the Direktion in implementation of controlling results
• Supporting project and institute/department heads in their planning by generating data and providing planning tools
• Monitoring, maintenance and updating of the automatic time documentation including project cost accounting
• Further development, maintenance and support of the reporting and benchmarking systems and establishment of regular communication
• Maintenance and control of the allocation keys, the (calculated) depreciation, and the accruals and deferrals
• Development and maintenance of key performance indicators and metrics
• Adapting existing software to changing requirements, upstream systems and interfaces
• Ongoing consulting and training for controlling and cost center managers, and lectures for all persons affected by controlling
• Consolidation of all data and creation of documents for the management of the HBLFA , particularly in the areas of research, operations and personnel development
