• Development, implementation and implementation of controlling at HBLFA
• Collaborate with Direktion and administration on investment, planning and evaluation agendas
• Preparation, elaboration and discussion of decision-making and investment bases for the Direktion in implementing the controlling results
• Supporting the project and institute/department managers in planning by generating data and providing planning aids
• Monitoring, maintenance and updating of automatic time documentation including project cost accounting
• Further development, maintenance and support of reporting and benchmarking and development of regular communication
• Maintenance and control of the allocation keys, the (imputed) depreciation as well as the temporal and material delimitations
• Development and maintenance of key figures and key values
• Adaptation of the existing software to changing requirements, preliminary systems and interfaces
• Ongoing advice and further training for those responsible for controlling and cost centers and lectures for all people affected by controlling
• Combining all data and creating documents for the management of the HBLFA especially in the areas of research, operational and personnel development
