On "Open Day" or during the "Long Night of Museums," a buffet is provided as part of the curriculum. Similarly, when students are on field trips, this group puts together a gift basket with in-house products.
In the elective course "Producing and Presenting," students explore food processing topics in greater depth. Whenever public events take place at the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein, this group of teachers and students is required to demonstrate their skills and knowledge.
