In addition to a solid basic education in agriculture and forestry, the focus is primarily on environmental technology, resource management, climate and water protection, and the use of renewable raw materials.
Science meets practice
Our students learn how agricultural and forestry raw materials are produced and processed sustainably, how natural cycles function – and how they can be protected and optimized. Topics such as material and energy cycles, biological resources, sustainable agriculture and forestry, food quality, the utilization of organic waste, and renewable energy sources are central to the curriculum. The program combines natural sciences, technology, economics, and social sciences, fostering the interconnected thinking necessary for solving complex environmental issues.

Environmental expertise with a future
More and more companies, organizations, and public institutions are relying on ecologically trained professionalswho think economically and technically, but also act in an environmentally responsible manner. This is precisely where our training program comes in: Our graduates are able to analyze environmental problems, develop sustainable strategies, and successfully implement projects – both domestically and internationally.
Learning by doing
Practical applications in agriculture and forestry, environmental technology, water management, waste recycling, and energy use complement the lessons. Through numerous projects, students learn to work in teams, take responsibility, and reflect critically. Additional practical weeks provide them with insights into businesses, research institutions, and government agencies, where they can apply and expand their knowledge.
