On September 22nd, the students of classes 1L (Agriculture), 1U (Environmental and Resource Management) and 1ALG (Advanced Course) intensively addressed the topic of cyberbullying in a workshop .
The workshop was led by Christian Lechner-Barboric, managing director of siac.at.
He not only brought an exciting presentation, but also prepared interactive tasks and games that brought the topic closer to the young people in a vivid way.
During the three-hour session, the students learned about the consequences of cyberbullying, how to support victims, and strategies to help them stay strong. The personal experiences Mr. Lechner-Barboric shared with the young people were particularly impactful.
The feedback from the students was consistently positive – the topic was presented in a practical and understandable way and provided plenty of food for thought.
A heartfelt thank you goes to www.gesund-in-liezen.at for making the workshop possible, as well as to Ing. Carina Griesebner, BSW, health coordinator of the model region Liezen (Diakoniewerk), for the valuable cooperation.
