Following the opening by Direktor Dr. Gasteiner , Mr. Ing. Mag. Gerharter (Landgenossenschaft Ennstal), Mr. Gaigg (chairman of the parents' association of the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein) and Mr. Titschenbacher (president of the Chamber of Agriculture and deputy general counsel of the Raiffeisen Association) addressed motivating words of greeting to those present.
Following this, the newly elected board, along with Mr. Friedman and Ms. Gauster-Tesch from the Raiffeisen Association of Styria, presented the Raumberg-Gumpenstein School Cooperative (eSchüGen).
In the subsequent election, the board and supervisory board were unanimously elected, the statutes were adopted, and the cooperation agreement with the Raiffeisen Association was approved. This agreement was ceremonially signed by Chairman Clemens Guist, his deputy Marie Paier, and Franz Titschenbacher.
Goals of the student cooperative
The school cooperative is modeled on the principles of Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen and aims to provide students with practical experience in economic processes and cooperative structures. It offers the opportunity to experience real-world economic processes and to efficiently implement larger projects within the school community.
Close collaboration between teachers, students, and other supporters fosters a cooperative economic environment that functions independently of external influences. All decisions are made within the school community to best represent the interests of its members.
Current projects
Currently, the focus is on operating a fan shop with merchandise products. In addition to a new back print design for sweaters, jackets and T-shirts, the product range is constantly being expanded.
