As part of our project, we completely renovated the bus shelter in Raumberg to create a safe and welcoming waiting area for the children. The floor was entirely replaced, the facade modernized, the ceiling re-clad, and the exterior surfaces freshly painted. A particular highlight was the children's contribution, who added a painting themselves, thus contributing to the beautification of the space.
Through collaborative effort, an inviting space was created, which was very well received by the village community. Together with the students, honored guests, and residents, we celebrated our closing ceremony on May 12, 2025. During the ceremony, the bus shelter was blessed, and the picture created by the elementary school children of Raumberg was hung.

aim of the project was to renovate the existing bus bay in Raumberg and make it child-friendly and safe.
The measure was intended to provide local children with a more pleasant and weatherproof waiting area.
As part of the project, we completely redesigned the bus bay. This included:
- Cleaning and repair of the existing building structure
- Repainting with weatherproof paint
- Replacement of damaged components (e.g. seat, side paneling)
- Adding child-friendly design elements (e.g., colorful motifs, creative painting)
- Improved safety through new lighting or reflectors (if applicable)
The renovated bus bay has been very well received by children and residents. It now offers a more welcoming, safer, and more functional place to spend time.
The project has not only improved the children's daily lives but has also contributed to the beautification of the town. - We thank our teachers and collaborators who made this project possible.
