To determine the interests of the participants in advance, a survey was conducted by the student council and, due to numerous requests, the theme "sourdough" was chosen for the afternoon.
Sourdough pizza, bread, and cookies: Ms. Bauer demonstrated with a few simple steps and tips just how versatile sourdough can be and what to keep in mind to guarantee success with every recipe. Participants also received a sourdough starter and recipe booklet so they could get started right away at home.
We would especially like to thank the parents' association, which covered part of the students' workshop fees.
