The legal basis for "Raumberg-Gumpenstein Research & Development – an institution with its own legal personality at the Federal Higher Education and Research Institute Raumberg-Gumpenstein" is a decree issued by the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (file number
25.510/0002-BS/5/2018).
Organized under private law, RG-R&D is able to implement targeted research projects efficiently and successfully. We prepare independent expert reports, particularly for crisis situations and natural disasters, as well as technical statements and expert opinions. Knowledge transfer is of particular importance in all our projects. Our topics encompass all applied aspects of the following areas:
