For three years, the Fairness Office advocating for commercial food producers, associations, producer groups, cooperatives, and farmers affected by unfair trading practices. The current Fairness Report 2024 shows that imbalances in the food supply chain persist. In fact, the number of complaints has increased!
Harsh price negotiations, unfair contracts, and a lack of alternatives unfortunately remain a problem in the food market. The Fairness Office offers free and anonymous help to those affected.
