Karl Neuhofer, chairman of the ARGE Heumilch (Working Group for Hay Milk), shares his experiences with climate change adaptation
Karl Neuhofer has been the successful chairman of the ARGE Heumilch (Hay MilkAssociation) since 2004. He is considered an expert and visionary in Austrian agriculture. Mr. Neuhofer took over the dairy farm in the Salzburg Lake District at the age of 20 and is familiar with the advantages and challenges of farming.
