Solutions and evaluations of climate protection measures in agriculture
Climate protection is one of the greatest challenges of our time. Agricultural businesses are themselves heavily affected by climate change; at the same time, however, agriculture in Austria also recognizes its role as an important player in climate protection.
The new brochure from the HBLFA summarizes how farm management and climate protection are interconnected and what contributions farmers can make. It outlines the relevant areas of action within the agricultural operation and breaks down the advantages and disadvantages of certain management changes for the climate, as well as the benefits and challenges that climate-friendly practices present for the farm.
