At a total of eight stations, important relationships surrounding grassland cultivation are presented concisely and clearly. Visitors can expect demonstrations on topics such as nutrient deficiency, reseeding, and biodiversity, as well as demonstration gardens where various arable crops and high-quality seed mixtures have been cultivated. In the soil-water-root demonstration cellar, those interested can learn more about soil as a vital resource with all its diverse functions.
The clearly structured, self-contained thematic areas provide additional information about the most important cultivated plants of the Alpine region and the effects of a changing climate. At the same time, visitors gain insight into the research work of the Institute for Plant Production and Cultural Landscape.
