Upper Austrian official veterinarians visit the Thalheim/Wels branch office

Under the general theme of animal welfare, legal changes and current developments were discussed. In the afternoon, a visit was made to the Thalheim/Wels branch of the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein. Branch manager Dr. Werner Hagmüller presented organic livestock farming using organic breeding sows as an example. The great interest shown by the official colleagues in the activities of the HBLFA demonstrates once again how important the work of the agency is for agricultural practice.
