Visitors learned about new findings from organic research and consulting. The topics covered ranged from organic grassland management and dairy cattle feeding to breeding and animal husbandry. Many innovative approaches – specifically for organic grassland farms – were presented and discussed. The results of the EIP Mountain Dairy Cattle Project generated particular interest. This European innovation project developed valuable barn design solutions and alternative farm development strategies for our mountain farms.
