In November 2024, the ARGE Natürlich Bio (Working Group Naturally Organic) organized a specialist event on the topic of cattle farming – a key contribution to holistic organic agriculture in the Waldviertel region. Walter Starz from the Organic Institute of the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein (Higher Federal Institute for Agricultural Education and Research) gave a presentation at this training event on the topic of pasture as part of crop rotation.
