Not for tourists, but for locals. A chalet village for native insects!
Catering for the newly arrived guests was provided by the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein in cooperation with the vocational school. For this purpose, an existing lawn area was plowed up in the spring and a permanent flowering area of native wildflowers was created.
This already shows a rich bloom of the mixed annual wildflowers, and the menu offered, consisting of nectar and pollen from various flowering plants, is selling like hotcakes to the chalet residents.
