The Austrian Alpine Pasture Association, together with AMA Marketing and the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein, aims to generate higher revenues for high-quality alpine products through a broad marketing initiative. To achieve this in the long term, alpine products must be clearly identifiable as such. For this purpose, the quality- and origin-assured trademarks "Von der Alm" and "Alm" (and, in the Vorarlberg version, "Von der Alp" and "Alp") were created.
In an ongoing pilot project, various surveys and analyses are being conducted on alpine meat with scientific support from the HBLFA Raumberg-Gumpenstein. These analyses will subsequently form the basis for establishing honest and transparent criteria for alpine meat.
Now we need the opinions of practitioners! We therefore ask all alpine farmers for their help by taking a few minutes (approx. 3-5 minutes) to participate in a survey.
