Through combined efforts, the harvested crops from our colleagues in Bavaria were also cleaned to food-grade quality. The cooperation with colleagues in organic research at the LfL in Bavaria, which has been ongoing for several years, has the clear goal of providing farmers in Central Europe with information and knowledge about growing food in their fields.
